EIKO Consulting, LLC ("we", "our", "us") operates the AquaEdit mobile application. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.
Account Information: When you create an account, we collect your email address (if using email sign-up) or the information provided by Apple Sign-In (which may be a private relay email). We use this to authenticate you and manage your account.
Photos: When you use AquaEdit, your selected photo is sent to our server for processing by Google's Gemini AI. Photos are processed in real-time and are not stored on our servers after enhancement is complete. Enhanced images are returned to your device and saved locally.
Usage Data: We track the number of enhancements you have performed, your credit balance, and basic usage metrics (processing times, error rates). This helps us improve the service.
Purchase History: We record in-app purchase transactions (transaction IDs and product types) to grant and manage credits. Payment processing is handled entirely by Apple; we do not collect or store payment card information.
Google Gemini AI: Photos are sent to Google's Gemini API for enhancement. Google's use of this data is governed by their Privacy Policy and Gemini API Terms.
Supabase: We use Supabase for authentication and data storage. Supabase's privacy practices are described in their Privacy Policy.
Apple: Sign-in and payment processing are handled by Apple. See Apple's Privacy Policy.
Account data is retained while your account is active. Photos are not stored on our servers. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us.
We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (TLS), row-level database security, and server-side API key management. No system is 100% secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your data.
AquaEdit is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us. You may delete your account at any time.
We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the app or via email.
